HOW TO: Configure Modbus TCP to Modbus RTU Bridge using ConnectPort X2/X4 Gateways and Series 2 XBee Modules

First make sure the Xbee nodes have joined with the ConnectPort X2/X4  Gateway:

Once joined, ensure the XBee node and the gateway are configured with the same PAN ID under the Basic Settings:

Gateway > Basic:

XBee Node Configuration > Basic:

Additionally, on the Basic Settings of the XBee node, set the timeout value to 10:

XBee Node > Advanced:

Set the proper DL/DH setting on the XBee node(s) to point to the ConnectPort gateway XBee radio:

Industrial Automation Configuration:

Next configure the Modbus settings from the Industrial Automation menu on the gateway:

Configure a name for the table:

Unit should be rebooted to implement changes.
