Healthcare Technology Leader to Contribute Strategic Business Insights for Exceptional Customer Service

The SmartSense Healthcare Advisory Board launched in August 2022 to amplify the company’s risk mitigation, loss prevention, and digitalized compliance offerings for high-quality customer delivery that improves patient outcomes. Marx, a seasoned innovator across the healthcare space, will join the board alongside leaders from Hartford Healthcare, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, University of Mississippi Medical Center, and Rite Aid.

Marx’s appointment will add extensive experience in leading the convergence of clinical, business, and digital processes across healthcare enterprises — integrating the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and real-time location sensing to streamline workflows for enhanced operational efficiency. He held C-level posts at the Cleveland Clinic, NYC Health & Hospitals, Texas Health Resources and University Hospitals. In addition, he served as CEO of consulting firm Divurgent, and global CDO for Tech at Mahindra Health & Life Sciences.
