You will need to manually install the modem through the control panel modem option. The modem file "mdmdgiam.inf" is located on the setup cd that shipped with the product, or it can be downloaded from the Digi website http://www.digi.com/support/productdetl.jsp?pid=2496&osvid=57&tp=1
