Using DC supplies to VBAT(VLIO) and VCHRG simultaneously will cause damage to charger circuit

Using DC supplies to VBAT(VLIO) and VCHRG simultaneously must be avoided. It can damage charger circuit. 
Using a power supply as a battery is OK as long as the charging circuit is disabled. 
Either modify the assembly such that VBATT > VCHRGE when using a supply, or disable the charging circuit.
