DAL-based devices expect that a Syslog server is not on the LAN network.
Due to this system can`t reach server by IP address which
belongs to LAN subnet.
As a workaround You can create a local DNS entry for this IP address and setup this hostname as a syslog server.
Please make the following settings on your DAL system:
Under
Services -> DNS -> Additional hostnames, add a host name and specify the IP address
IP address: 192.168.1.100
Name: local.syslogsrv
Under
System -> Log -> Server list -> Server
set your syslog server hostname
Server: local.syslogsrv
