Issue: When attempting to install the RealPort driver for Windows, the user may get an error code 13 or error code 14.
Cause: These errors are often caused by a hidden device reserving a COM port.
Solution: Use a different (e.g. higher) base or starting COM port number during the RealPort installation.
If that does not help, or if your application requires that you use certain COM port number(s), then try to remove the hidden/conflicting device's COM port(s) first.
