PortServer II hangs at PE and never finishes booting

The PortServer II will go to PE during the normal boot process.  This is the last step before starting the Operating System.

If the PortServer II hangs at PE and never continues to AC, then there is something preventing it from loading the OS.  Reset the PortServer II to factory defaults.
