Only the first 8 ports of a C/CON 16 work

Symptom:

The first 8 ports of the C/CON 16 concentrator appear as COM ports, but the second 8 do not.

Cause:

• The Digi adapter is configured with the wrong type of concentrator.
• The COM ports were removed manually.

Solutions:

• Remove the incorrectly configured concentrator and add the correct one.
• Remove the concentrator from the installed adapter and add it back, but do not delete any of the COM ports. DO NOT add COM ports manually as they will not work and may cause registry corruption.
