"Import Error: No module named zigbee" while executing python program on CP-X gateways

When you receive this import error, check whether the zigbee module is uploaded to gateway. If the zigbee module is not present, follow the below steps, 

• Download the zigbee module for CP-X gateways at the following link, ftp://ftp1.digi.com/support/sampleapplications/zigbee.py
• Upload this python module to gateway 
• Reboot the gateway
• Run the python program
