The Hubport/PCI+ LP 1x24V doesn't have gold "keys", so it's not possible to connect it to a motherboard's PCI slot.
The lack of gold "keys" is actually normal. Instead of connecting the Hubport to the motherboard''s PCI slot, it's mounted inside the chassis of the computer case (as you normally would) via the card'''s backplate. Then, connect a standard USB cable from the "type B" (square) USB port on the backplate of the Hubport to a "type A" (rectangle) USB port on the back of the computer.
