Issue: After logging in to a TransPort web interface, some of the square "tiles" are empty. Some other options might also be missing from the Navigation, such as one or more Interfaces (in Management - Network Status > Interfaces for example). Cause: Likely, the .web file (for the TransPort web server) on the TransPort file system somehow became corrupt. Resolution: Use the Digi FlashWriter tool to re-flash the firmware to the TransPort. This should re-write the .web file (along with other files) with a non-corrupt version. IMPORTANT: Consider backing up the TransPort's configuration (via Administration - Backup/Restore, unless this link is also missing) before running FlashWriter, as FlashWriter will factory reset the unit.
