Creating a login message on the Connectport TS

This allows you to assign a login message of your choosing to a user.  Immediately after logging into the CLI as this user, the message will be displayed.

First create a standard text file with any information in it that you wish.

After creating your text file, upload it to the Connectport TS via the web UI:
--Admin-> File Management

From the CLI of the Connectport TS tie it to an existing user:
#> set user name=joe messagefile=file.txt

NOTE:  You must be on firmware 2.19.0.2 or higher.
