Cannot assign a PortServer TS a static IP address

Symptom:

When I reboot my PortServer TS, after assigning it a static IP address, it comes up with a different IP than the one I entered.

Cause:

• The PortServer TS is still configured to use DHCP to obtain an IP address.

Solution:

• When inputting the command to set the initial IP address, remember to include dhcp=off, or the PortServer TS will default back to DHCP/RARP for its IP address assignment.
