Cannot change Auto-Answer setting in RRAS in Windows 2000

Symptom:

RRAS always answers after two rings even if I set it to something else.

Cause:

• This is a known issue with RRAS.

Solution:

• Microsoft has the instructions for a registry "hack" to change this on their web site. The Q-Article number is Q145879.
