Hi all,

Simple question:

What is the best way to print the RTC (date and time) on a zhtml webpage?

Thanks,

Hello,
You can print the date and time on the web page.

First of all take a look into the sample application updating.c under dc installation path below
C:\DCRABBIT_10.72\Samples\tcpip\rabbitweb
This application explains that how to add zhtml files in your application.

Later take a loom into the updating.zhtml file under
C:\DCRABBIT_10.72\Samples\tcpip\rabbitweb\pages

In this file mentioned that how to display variable values on the web page.

Then you need to add the code in your application updating.c ,that get the time from the RTC (For this take a look into RTC_TEST.C sample at C:\DCRABBIT_10.72\Samples\RTCLOCK). The date value put it in a buffer.

Once added , you can show this buffer on the web page.

I found a doc in the web,
http://www.alcom.nl/binarydata.aspx?type=doc/RabbitGeek_AJAX_Workbook_v1_1.pdf

In the above doc, check the Chapter 8 - Our First Dynamic Web Page. It may helpful.
