What cable do I need to connect a Portserver TS 3 M MEI to Cisco equipment that has RJ45 console ports?

Just to note, I ordered cable part #63000070-01a when I ordered the PortServer, but when I looked at the cable it says it is a crossover. I tried it, seems to connect, but I get nothing on my terminal emulator. I'm thinking I do not have the right cable.
