reboot after firmware upgrade

Just one question that I couldn't find a definitive answer on the forum: do I have to reboot the AnywhereUSB device after a firmware upgrade or driver update?

Kind regards,
Cristian

You only have to reboot the AnywhereUSB device when the firmware is updated. You do not need to reboot after a AnywhereUSB driver installation.

Now if you uninstall the AnywhereUSB driver, it is recommended to reboot the host computer.

Yes, you will have to reboot the device when new firmware is updated.
If you update a driver you will have to uninstall the old driver first and that will ask for your PC to reboot
