Can't login and use the Gateway Development Kit Demonstration Application.

It tells me "iDigi fetch failed - is your gateway turned on?". It is on. I have an Etherios account and I can see my Gateway X4 in Device Cloud just fine.

Make sure that DIA is running on the gateway and data is stored in Device Cloud(iDigi). You can check under Data Services-->Data Streams in Device Cloud.
