How to factory reset m10

0 votes
My m10 has gotten into a state where it won't respond to commands properly. I need to try the Reset to factory defaults. The Orbcomm specification requires that the SC support this outside of serial commands, but I cannot find anything in the digi documentation on how to do this.

Open Digi Dashboard->Tools->Troubleshooting->Restore To Factory Default .

The suggestion above would not work as the serial speed was set to an unknown value on the Host port, and the Dashboard only will use 4800 baud. The solution from Digi phone tech support was:

Connect to Debug serial port at 115700 baud, 8N1. Type, one number on each line in ascii text:
2
48
0

And it will reset to factory defaults!
